When you book an assessment, request guides, or send a message, we ask for the details you choose to share: your name, contact information, home address, children’s ages, and whatever else you tell us about your home. We only collect what helps us serve your family.

We keep your information to follow through on what you asked for — confirming an assessment, sending guides, answering a question — and to stay in touch about classes and products you’ve expressed interest in. We never sell your information, and we never share it with outside marketers.

Because assessments happen in your home and products are matched to your family, a trusted member of our team may need to discuss details like your address and children’s ages. That information stays within Guardian Nest.

If photos are taken during an assessment (with your explicit permission), they’re used only to build your Family Protection Plan™ and order products accurately. We never publish images of your home or family without your written consent.

You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold at any time — just call or text. If you’d rather we forget the details of your visit entirely, we will.
